Quality guarantee

In order to keep the quality on a uniform and internationally comparable level, the test centre must meet a number of conditions to become an authorised OCG Test Center. Thus a quality standard can be guaranteed applying to equipment, building and examination facilities (premises) as well as trained staff. All OCG candidates will benefit from these high quality standards!

Apart from the valid standards and laws the premises must also meet some additional quality requirements which are necessary to make concentrated working on the screen possible: sufficient noise protection, enough breathing air (guaranteed through appropriate room height and/or air condition), optimum light conditions for the workplace, sufficient space per examination PC and some more.

The required hard- and software must be up-to-date and constantly available. The establishment must have two or more people trained for the OCG.

This package of measures guarantees a quality standard which applies to all OCG Test Centers in the same way. In Austria the Austrian Computer Society guarantees for it, in the other countries the respective partners do so.
